Some feeback to the polish part in 1939 so far:
- Balancing is very good. I am very poor in the first scenarios, cant even fill up all the core slots on some maps.
- Hero system is interesting, but maybe too tough. 1k prestige for an almost useless hero is nonsense. 3k for an "ok" hero is also no good idea, I got like 6-7k after warsaw, although I try to farm as much prestige as possible, instead of just killing stuff.
If you take a 5k hero you could ruin yourself, it is just not worth it.
Basically I am only playing with 6 random heroes, because I picked killer team twice as a trait for the campaigns. Imo you should reduce the prestige costs for heroes, maybe 33% in the 1939 campaign. Cant say how it works if you play on "easy" or with good traits...
- Some maps do not end like intended imo and/or have too many turns. Like warsaw, I could have ended the map 10-15 turns earlier, but the map did not end. There is no objective like "hold to the last turn" so I see no reason why its not ending after taking the last objective.
- Rudel is not working correctly. If I attack an unit close to him I dont get the attack bonus.
- Heavy infantry is still a bit too strong. It can attack my tanks on open field, even with artillery support.
But the campaign is very good so far. I really like the map design, that you recognize some places again one mission later, like modlin on the warsaw map. And the special tasks (movie team

) are a nice idea to make the gameplay more interesting.
