Re: Fog iPad download issue

Well, Apple have been as helpful as a third rank of LF bow. All I can get out of them is advice on how to change regions... Which is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any other complaints from South Africa?

Fog iPad download issue

When trying to download the FOG v2 rules for my iPad, I am told that it is not available in the South African store. Will it be made available, or is there a way around this.

Thanks

Thanks David! Hope you and Lynda are both well, and the Oxford gamers are still playing up a storm! I am getting a lot of gaming in here, though FOG hasn't taken over yet... let's hope the competition brings some converts. Please tell everyone I say hi. Peter

Shooting through enclosed fields.

The rules state that an enclosed field provides cover to a BG wholly within it. It seems illogical that a BG outside the field, on the edge of it, shouldn't receive such protection? Also, how is it possible for two BGs to shoot at each other over the corner of (or indeed over a very thin) enclosed f...

If the situation remained like this, would the ownership of the guns keep swapping with the active player?

Also what happens if the infantry move to a supporting position in their turn with the cavalry still in contact? Would there be an impact?

After taking a look at these changes, why don't you just call a spade a spade and rename V2 DBM version X and be done with it? It appears that all efforts are directed at neutering armies that used mobility and shooting to be successful. We can all just buy blocks of heavy infantry, line them up in...

Re: Transporting Figures Overseas

How do all you travelling wargamers travel with your figures? I am moving overseas and am not sure how best to pack my figures to avoid damage - I am guessing foam cases? I also don't want to put them in the plane's hold as I am worried about the bag going missing (as MANY bags do). I therefore wan...
