Fog iPad download issue

When trying to download the FOG v2 rules for my iPad, I am told that it is not available in the South African store. Will it be made available, or is there a way around this.

There are no restrictions by territory so this is a bit strange - can you try again and report back.

I've checked and the app is available in all stores so it must be another issue. You may have to get support from Apple. It's not something we can help with unfortunately as we've done everything we can

Well, Apple have been as helpful as a third rank of LF bow. All I can get out of them is advice on how to change regions... Which is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any other complaints from South Africa?

Okay, Apple has got back to me and said that the app is definitely not available from the South African store. Please advise.
