do neutralized airfields in the map eagle attack count as "out of order"?

another quest special to neutralized airfields: can i use them to refuel my own airplanes?

hi dear members, i do have a big problem understanding the rules in the scenario eagle attack. how do i conquer the "isle" with zone b? i can not ship any unit from a haven to ship the units to the other continent. does this mean i have to conquer the airfields in zone b only with airforce...

thx for the quick and helpful answer. i have misunderstand the text after ending the campaign. i thought i can now play 3 "hidden" maps like you can play bonus-campaigns bei heroes of might and magic 3.
