Renegade Waring states have seperate dagger axes, email them and see if they will sell you some.

I got mine from eBay, search for "decal paper"
TBH I think it's more hassle than it's worth, and the results were never as good as I had hoped

After you print out the decals you must spray them with varnish. I used GW varnish but I think any varnish will do.

I do both, it depends on how quick I want the army and the quality of the sculpt.
For a quick army or poor sculpts I do the whole lot together, but I prefer to take my time with quality figures.
