Considering Windows 8 is a massive redesign on every level with a completely new UI concept, I think the guy at Costco is being very optimistic. That said, as far as I know this is developed using Unity, which is up to date, I would be shocked if it didn't.

This morning, while trying to log into FoG Digital (1.8.1 on Mac) I am not allowed to try and log in, because when I click the Multiplayer button I get this error immediately:

Sorry, could not parse response (version string)

How can I resolve this?

As a follow up, I have accepted several more, and am getting the same result. I have not won initiative in at least a dozen games in a row, and my opponent always rolls 6.

I don't know if this is a legitimate issue or not, but I am using FoG 1.8 on the Mac, and it seems virtually every single time I accept an open challenge, (perhaps at least the last 10 in a row) the opposing player wins initiative by rolling a 6. OK, for some reason I thought there was something else I could do, in the prefs or application support folder or something. I'll try the uninstall tonight.

Perhaps I need to fully uninstall the app then reinstall it. Are there specific instructions for this?
