A bit of a belated reply, but I was wondering why the small screen size is a problem? This is just my opinion, but it seems like quite a few complex games have been able to work well even on the iPhone/iPod's small screen. The stuck pixel is still apparent in .7.10.0 in the same location of the intro.

I'm running the game at 1366x768, though the white pixel is apparent in all resolution choices.  I also usually run it at full screen, but I tried windowed and the pixel is still stuck.  Do you need the output log?
