Re: 1.1.55 Update
problem fixed, thanks. The program only allows one file to be selected when installing-you need to go back and select the second one-a step I was missing.

Re: 1.1.55 Update
I have tried to install the update several different ways without any luck and when I run the program it still has the old version. I downloaded it as you suggested and placed it into a new folder and installed the folder into the program with the same result. I can see the files being installed but...

1.1.55 Update
I have downloaded the update and placed it into the game file. However when I begin the game it still shows the older version as the one being played. What am I doing wrong?

Re: 6 Blue Buttons At Bottom Of Game Launch Screen Not Worki

Odd that the program worked fine in Dell 8300 and will not work on the newer Dell 8700. Contacted Dell without any success as well as playing around computer. Have u...

Re: Trouble downloading latest version of BASPM
It finally downloaded without interruption and is running fine. I did see the other download link and used that. It was just a question of the download speed and time for the download to complete. Once it happened, installation was easy. Thanks

Re: Trouble downloading latest version of BASPM
Had to reinstall the game into a new PC as old hard drive collapsed. I got it all set up and the update game file will not work-says having trouble reading FTL file. Attempting to use manual download results in long time to download and often disconnects.

Re: Astronaut Communication
I re-ran the very first Gemini spacewalk mission and, again, had music and sound effects but no comms between the spacewalker and mission control. Before there was comms between mission control and the astronaut.

Re: Astronaut Communication
In the Mercury orbital mission there is no communication between astronaut (John Glenn) stating capsule is turning around-it used to be there now is gone. Same for spacewalk in Gemini. Used to be communication when the astronaut left the capsule-now only the music and sound effects. It's like the co...

Astronaut Communication
It seems communications between ground and the astronauts has been removed during flights that made it even better. Is there a plan to return this to the game. It really helped the realism during the missions.

Re: Unable to Dowlnoad Latest Update
The installer states it is for the new version 1.0.0 and you download it when you begin the update process. However as stated it refuses to access the FTP file from Slitherine.

Unable to Dowlnoad Latest Update
I go to the update button and select it from the BASM menu. It states there is an update to the program-latest one 1.0.0. I then select update and receive an error message "unable to download file-an error occurred while trying to open an FTP file.

Re: Saved Games Not Working With New Update
After installation of any update I will begin a new game in the NASA sandbox mode because I want to see what changes have been implemented. I then go along and save the game at points not to lose my progress. The saved game problem is a new one since after installing the latest update and beginning ...

Belly Fin On X15
A small item to check. I have watched numerous films on the X15 missions and noticed that the bottom belly fin was jettisoned prior to landing to avoid contact with the landing gear and/or problems. However the landing sequence in the program shows the belly fin attached before landing. For authenti...
