6 Blue Buttons At Bottom Of Game Launch Screen Not Working

After reinstalling the game and the update 1.1 the six blue buttons at the bottom of the game launch screen no longer function. I can start the game, update the game and access the manual but the other buttons are not working. Suggestions?
Tried to reload program with boxed version and got error code "Cannot load output file" Tried on 2 computers with same error just in case the problem was on one PC.

Could you please attach a DxDiag report file to your message?

How to get a DxDiag report file:

1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time)
2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows 8 )
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. zip the file
7. Attach the file to your message

Have heard no further about the problem so asking here: Believe the 6 nonfunctioning buttons will not access internet in present form. Odd that the program worked fine in Dell 8300 and will not work on the newer Dell 8700. Contacted Dell without any success as well as playing around computer. Have updated network drivers and other situations but no luck along with video and audio drivers-latest ones installed. The new DVD of the program arrived as replacement for older one and it worked fine showing first DVD bad. I have run out of ideas as to what to do to figure out problem. Install program with virus protection deactivated and again no luck. Tried all the suggestions your support people gave and again no luck. This was the first program installed in new computer so additional programs or later add-ons were not the problem. Have checked the internet for ideas but again, no luck. It seems the buttons work as far as being selected as you can see the color change and hear a clicking sound. What seems to be the problem is that an internet connection cannot be made with the program start screen. The begin game, update game and manual all function as well as the screen above the six buttons. But selecting the buttons has no effect on getting to the page. I install the program in the old 8300 and it works fine, the buttons activate-it is when I install the program into the newer 8700. I have run numerous checks on the 8700 and according to their data the PC is running correctly no program errors or any problems that could be the problem with this. Both PCs access the same wireless router so that is not the problem if one PC is fine and the other does not work properly.

Problem solved. Had to change some settings in IE options security regarding Active X selections. Now problem solved and can access buttons as well as other programs internet pages that were unavailable before.
