Re: Guderian, Rommel and Manstein

In fact he nearly pushed the Axis powers out of Africa altogether causing Hitler to send Rommel and the Afr...

Re: Thank You

Let me add my thank you to the growing list.
Having played the very easy campaign from begin to end I must report finding no problems at all.

Looks like you have a winner (again) on your hands.

Yes Happycat, Sharpe was originally in the 95th Rifles until joining the South Essex (fictional) but always wore the green uniform of the Rifles. Not a dull audience just deeply involved in playing CNAW. :D

I still play the game. Not as often as I should but CoW still gets a run out now and again. I tend to play the harder countries such as the Israelites. Much more of a challenge than the Eqyptians.

Has anyone considered a game set in WW1? I have hardly seen any games set in this period. There was an old Avalon Hill game called 1914, and much more recently a game called Guns of August, which title I believe they stole from a book. The problem is that it wasn't a very interesting war. The first...

So, put in a nutshell, you are all saying it is impossible to win as the Axis against a human player. So with that in mind I must remember never to play as the Axis against another human player. :?
