7. A commander has double-moved with a BG in the movement phase. Can he still move and/or rally in the joint action phase?

Some questions on commanders. These are probably in some obvious place in the rules, but I can't see them:

1. If a commander is with a BG, and has declared himself to be in combat, can he still have a positive effect on BGs (for cohesion tests) in LOC within his range?

Please note that a change has been made to the format of the FoG competition at Strongbow Shield. It will now be played as 3 x 2.5 hour rounds of 400AP rather than as previously advertised.
