Re: Kutna Hora
Can't win epic battle as Hussites, suggestions? It's probably best to play as the Hussites in a few custom battles first, to get the hang of playing with war wagons, they are very different to any other units. Make sure you read and understand the scenario introduction, the Hussites can win if they...

Re: Parthian shot
I just find my horsearchers caught by knights far too often. Even the light ones

Parthian shot
Trying to draw out enemy units with light and other horsearchers.
To shoot must face enemy. Often get caught.
Perhaps a "parthian shot" which can be done facing away from enemy to allow escape but at a larger penalty to damage than the current missile damage could be added as a feature.

Re: Suggestions for revision of Russian army lists
I agree about the lack of mention of light cavalry in Poland, what little is known of the period is armored cavalry and shield bearers. Another account by Ibrahim bin Jakub notes the importance of the Druzhina during his travels there in the late 900's, he seems to have been impressed by this caval...

It's a bill. If it had a vertical spike it would be a bill-guisarme

Re: All Knights Superior?
I also feel that the lists could have some variety. I don´t have the exact sources, but I´m sure that in a given battle there can be some units of English or French knights that have less cohesion that the unit next to them, so perhaps their list could do with a a couple of above average units and ...

All Knights Superior?
All knights are superior or Highly superior. Shouldn't there be some of lesser quality? Perhaps to give some local flavour to the lists? For example cultures that had reputable shock cavalry like France or Serbia would have superior knights. Also perhaps consider dismounted knights to be a notch bel...

Re: Suggestions for revision of Russian army lists
1. A new unit called Druzhina or Eastern Knight or Eastern Heavy Cavalry. This is a knight classed unit with lance that is only classed as "some armour" to reflect lighter and more old fashioned equipment. If we are speaking about 11th century to mid-12th century Polish drużyna, then I wo...

Re: Suggestions for revision of Russian army lists
Maybe give the Armoured Noble Cavalry of the Eastern European Army Lists " 50% javelin " ability akin to the 50% Bow of the Hungarian Lists ?rbodleyscott wrote: ↑Sat Feb 13, 2021 2:35 pm
Not necessarily. They may have skirmished with their lances, which we know could be thrown.

Re: Suggestions for revision of Russian army lists
I feel I am late to the party but I'd like to comment on the Russian Army lists in this game and some other Eastern European lists as well. Firstly this game is quite enjoyable and addictive. I do enjoy playing Eastern European nations and Mongol Army lists. I like the exoticism and fluidity of cava...

This war was the biggest event in Medieval period,OK maybe the next biggest after Crusades, but it could be that future games in the serie would include other Medieval events. Not to belittle the importance of this war between France and England but there are many other conflicts just as important: ...

The screenshots of this game look amazing! Better than any out there at the moment, especially since this game's units look the most true to history. Ihope you continue being authentic but with your partnership with Osprey publishing I think it shouldn't be too difficult. I'm left a little disappoin...
