My laptop was stolen, so I lost all the files I had on it, I have a new one now, however... I have all of Panzer Corps & its add ons, but if it turns out I am missing any of them, I'd rebuy them. I was also in on the Allied Corps beta, and have that as well I will also need to download everythin...

Something I have noticed that even when you start in control of Allied airfields, there never seem to be any available planes for my paratroops in most scenarios. In Panzer Korps air transports (3 or 3, usually) are almost always available. Is this intentional?

Not my experience. Playing on Field Marshall difficulty, attacking a 10 point 88 AA, with a 13 point Mosquito, I usually cut it in half with my first shot, taking 2-4 points of damage in return. Then that Mosquito retreats and the second comes by and finishes it off. Next time I will post some pics ...

Minefields should not get experience - I just saw a minefield get a medal!

I disagree strongly. At least reduce the range penalties a lot.
oh and AA guns? I ATTACK those with my Tac Bombers - its a tactic that has proven very effective.
