As nearly all of those are hellenistic states, I suppose the additional bonus comes from the stoas which give a nation wide, cumulative commerce-bonus.

Same issue here on 2 of my 5 running multiplayer games.

The game crashes to the desktop when I try to load the game.

I made no modifications to the config files oder use any mods. Already tried to repair the game files through steam.
