I have a game file that has been abandoned over a year ago in my multiplayer queue that crashes both the PC and iPad app when attempting to load file. Cannot delete it. How can I get rid of it or who I ask to get help?

I just received the same message and like old warrior, I have not replayed any turns, nor have I done anything unethical like dropping off the internet to rerun a turn. I play on an iPad and it all seems fine and plays normally.
