Im Having an issue with steam, I hope this post makes sense and perhaps someone has had the same problem. After Installing PC2 on Steam I noticed that 2 DLCs wont install.... ( I own all the DLCs and are Installed on my PC) I have tried several time to install the DLCs .... I get a pop-up saying th...

The Unit Navigator Tool would have been very useful in this case.
I think it depends on the factions that are playable in the scenario.
The Chindits for example are only available for the following factions: britain, raf, india.

I have the Steam version, but the "What's New" file is outdated, showing updates from last year.
