Re: AI seems broken, not moving at all in 1939 Axis Operations
Likewise encountering this issue, on Field Marshall in 1939. French units standing still unless an adjacent german unit exists, in which case they attack it. Only thing that sticks in my mind is that I'm playing on Field Marshall, and I told the Italian allies to stop moving in Ebro battle, which ma...

Re: Crash: Operation O-Go
I came here to say the same thing. All is going well till San Fran, where game crashes with error above if I try to upgrade infantry. I think the Japanese infantry are the issue, as I can upgrade non infantry screens.

Re: Panzer Corps 2: Axis Operations - 1946 is out now
I've begun the new campaign, action packed opening. Looks like this will be a grand old challenge for the monster lineup of heroes I've made over the long war.
On to the USA! If we don't face De Gaul coming at us driving the entire military industrial complex y'all have missed a trick.

Stoked to see 1946! My main playthrough finished in Berlin, but my handicap playthrough went the other route, can't wait to challenge this DLC.

Re: Axis Operation 1944 Review
I've made it through the historical path with my Limited Force Concentration (1 hero per unit) playthrough. Genuinely very challenging and good missions, for the most part! I quite enjoyed it. Next up I'll be trying to change history with my more conventional hero playthrough.

Re: Necron DLC 2 request
New units would be nice for Necrons, but the thing I really crave would be a single player campaign for them.

Re: Poll - Best hero with Concentration of Forces
Thanks for answers all. 1 hero per unit has proven to be a really good handicap and makes the game much more challenging. I urge you, if you are starting a new run, to give it a shot. Neat middle ground between full god-hero mode and bread-and-locusts no hero mode.

Poll - Best hero with Concentration of Forces
With 1944 on the way/arrived I've been playing through AOC with the negative general trait where you can only put one hero in each unit. Makes me wonder what everyone thinks is the best hero for each unit type? (disregard 0 slot, since it just opens up another unit and the question becomes what to p...

Re: New Total Campaign 1936-1945 on Generalissimus Difficulty Artillery Specialist
In all honesty, I think Merida is the single biggest challenge in the game. You have low prestige, few heroes and all but useless units, and the secondary is genuinely tough to achieve. If you pulled that off on generalissimo I think that you will be able to truck through the rest without much troub...

I can't believe you pulled off the Stalingrad attack without real tanks or jank general traits. This is incredible!

Haha, huge surprise for me in Dnip. mission, where USSR goes first and has general traits! Bad guy had the one where enemy units have no ZOC when engaged, mauled me badly.

@Grondel, I modified the LUA to have the right mission name and it worked, looks like it was just a simple fix.

Re: Grand Campaign 1939-1945 (Custom Campaign)
In mission Prokhorovka, the player is given the chance to get Walter Nowotny in a Me 262 A. I've payed the Prestige/Commendation points, but he doesn't show up on turn 1-7. Is he supposed to arrive later on, or is the mod glitching on me? Thanks as always for your efforts. Looking through the .lua f...

I just got to 'Stalingrad Ruins', and whew, is that a nightmare. Are there any videos up on youtube of someone successfully beating it? The necessity of keeping 4 objectives at all times, and the presence of only one supply hex, makes it very difficult for me.

Re: AO Generalissimus Alberto Bertorelli Adventure
It's funny that you basically had the opposite experience of the usual game, where we are all laughing at Rommel's troops and babysitting them. They were actually better equipped than your guys. I'm really liking these recaps, fingers crossed for the success of Herr Bertorelli.
