Pardon if I missed it, but Provoke with Vigilant is extremely awesome. Put it on a tank, put the tank in rough terrain at the front, watch infantry melt as they attack it.

I had to double check and so far as I know the AO's have not been labeled East. Just given a year (or in the case of the Spanish Civil War, just that as a title.) So last AO was Axis Operations 1943. Not 1943 East.

I would guess they ran into some unexpected issues since they are probably trying to implement new mechanics. I assume they want amphibious assaults to really feel like they are difficult and not just make it to land and roflstomp your opponent into the ground.
