I have had 31 players fail to respond to my initial introduction and first turn and have ended up getting an e-mail message along these lines...

Even though I've extracted the hotfix, the version reads 1.40. I'm still experiencing the above mentioned problem with any saved PBEM game turns started with versions before 1.40
