Issue accessing website and multiplayer servers

I hope this is the right place for this discussion.

Just downloaded Sanctus Reach and when I tried to create an account i received the error message missing_ids_error_3.
Then when I went to the web store i cant get past the cookies message. When I click accept nothing happens.
It is also saying that the website is not secure due to the certificate being invalid?
Running an older laptop with Windows 7 if that matters.

Any admins able to shed some light on my issue?

try a different browser, google chrome works well, but there are others, welcome to the forum and sorry for your issue

If you are still unable to login to the server with your username and password you should contact support directly on support@slitherine.co.uk as it is not a good idea to try and deal with password issues over the forums.

I was unable to take advantage of the Easter sale because both the Opera Browser and the Microsoft Edge browser refused to send the order. I've used the Microsoft browser in the past to order products and have had no issues
