Just got FoG:E and started a campaign as Maurya but I've hit a problem. To expand I have to fight Seleucia but I can't find a way to declare war on them. I'm obviously missing something, any help please.

Go 10mm figures on the 15mm size bases and save yourself a fortune! Pendraken are 30 figures for £3.50. So rough cost for the army would be £60. Thats what I'm doing
