If you change it to custom, you should be able to make that one program a trusted program that will not give a message. The problem is that the UAC is st to max, not medium or custom. At max ti will questions almost everything.

I would think that it is the exchange rate. Remember Matrix and Slitherine are one company. Matrix covers North America, Slitherine Europe. So Matrix prices start in USD the switch to pounds. Slitherine starts in pounds, and if someone orders i the US then switches to USD.

Another Thread said 2PM or 3PM GMT. Which is 7Am to 8 AM on the US West coast and 10AM to 11AM on the US East coast. Sorry no Middnight release on the east coast.
