Yup, as said, your fighter experience will tip the scales to your side without much difficulty. 88's are also great as flak and you can always switch them to ground attack mode for some nifty AT attacks.

I use "N". It cycles to the next unit that still has orders left.

That is correct, it was especially created to repulse Germans coming through the Ardennes and have some special stats Ah, thanks for the confirmation? Perhaps granting them an alternate sprite, much like the "Elite" german units? (slightly darker sprite per example) Or having an AT suppor...

Re: Super units, and odd stats

Ok, Low Countries, playing in the middle difficulty, the 33rd Chass. Ardeen trounces a panzer III on a 7-1 battle, and makes any combat against them incredibly one sided (only have panzers advancing there). All movement on that road halts until i either bring a tac. bomber or some artilery. Same sc...

I suppose that this unit is working as intended. I think the INF is placed in a key position to hold tank attack. I've killed it with bomber and INF. Yes, its parked just in the middle of the only road, but if the purpose is to make a roadblock, i think i would prefer to have an AT gun + infantry d...

Put a bridge Pioneer unit on top of a river hex and they act as a bridging unit for other units to cross. Normally a unit on a river hex also gets a defence penalty and therefore are more vulnerable, bridge engineers are immune to this penalty, although on the same time their attack rates are not t...

Put them in the river hex. Units will then be able to cross as if there was a bridge present.

I´m playing the first campaign (1939-45), have successfully accomplished Polen and Norway - but i´m only playing on the middle level of difficulty and it´s much more harder to win as in Panzer General. It´s truly a challenge, but i´ve seen, that the balancing isn´t always the best. (for example a p...

I love the branching campaign!

And i love how the AI has subtle variations from game to game. Played the Poland scenario about 5 times now and haven't yet faced a "seen that before" kind of situation.

Re: Request Trainer or In-Game option to keep turns at 1

I like this game, but I like to play slow not blitzkrieg. At the same time, I want to play with new units and be able to afford them with prestige points so I need to have decisive victories. I need some way to freeze the turns so I can play slow. Thanks It's not easy to play "slow" wehrm...

One thing we multi players types is learning fast, those of us playing many games, is some parts of the maps are just plain dangerous :) There are some buildings that just seem to be grief magnets :) First person in them seems to die. The small mill on the Desert Fort map is a deathpit for my germa...

Playing quite regullary too. Got around 11 games going ATM, and some very nice oponents. Infantry can indeed be deadly. One of the bulge MP maps has a simetrical flank with an already deployed AT gun, and infront of it, some forests. Both my games got my german infantry rush-deployed there and they ...
