Re: AlliedOp Volumes 2 and 3 Release Dates and Expectations
Axis Operations developed hundreds of scenarios from 1936 to 1947, and Allied Operations is intended to do much the same. The developers probably decided not to start from scratch but to follow a patchwork approach: the Italian campaign should be linked to Normandy, skipping AO Italy 3 at the player ...

AlliedOp Volumes 2 and 3 Release Dates and Expectations
Hi everyone,
I'm playing AlliedOP Vol. 1 with the UK and I love it, but I'm worried that once I finish it and replay it with the US, I'll have to wait an indefinite amount of time for the next installments. Is there a release schedule for Vols. 1 and 2? Also, am I wrong in assuming that Vol. 1 will ...

Re: Thoughts on War Stories...
I just finished dlc, after reading final debriefing I’m quite sure that It will be an Allied grand campaign and some hero of fall of Poland will be exported… and I’m very happy!

Re: War Stories: Fall of Poland - Dev Diary #1
Not much new so far, as it mostly confirmed expectations about the mission structure. Seems that key characters will take over elite objectives, which seems to be a good direction to go. These worked well in AO1946, so this structure should pay off. Interesting to see no branching missions, but at ...

Re: Panzer Corps 2: War Stories - Fall of Poland | Announcement
let me dream: this is not a standalone campaign, but it is the first part of the great allied campaign, so some units and heroes can be transferred to the next dlc, which will be... presumably the French campaign... tell me that I guessed!!!

Axis operation west & Usa/Gb grand campaign
I liked Bulge mini campaign, but IMO PC2 mechanics give the best in longest campaign… so I hope We can see very soon west part of AO, including africa and grand campaign USA/GB (maybe also with some polish and french premium units), from 1939 to 1945.

Re: Panzer Corps 2: Frontlines - Bulge | Dev Diary #1 is out now
I like it: more details, more historical scenarios…. I think in this smaller scale gameplay would be very important identification of single units, so I wish devs give historical names to units, first of all to enemies units.

Re: 1946 Video Summary
I really enjoyed this video summary of 1946, and wanted to give it a highlight.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/nGl-g4xHvto
It really touches on the best nuances of 1946, not just mentioning atomic weapons , but their design and battlefield application. There are smart comments about the ...

Re: 1946 Insider Articles

You work too much dude!
Second thought:
It feelds kinda sad, that this will be the last DLC for AO. But im looking forward to a big fat DLC with plenty of missions
Third thought:

Re: Next DLC pool
I'm also for the Pacific. I've been so hyped since the news about it came out that I just want it to release already. Beyond that, I'd be most interested in an Allied Campaign akin to Axis Operations. Going from Either Poland or France (1940) all the way to operation unthinkable.
I agree about ...

Next DLC pool
Hi all, I would like to run a poll on what the community would prefer to see as DLC in the near future:
- AO West, from 1940 to 1945, with the axis engaged first in Africa, then in Italy and finally in Western Europe;
-Pacific Allied
-Pacific Japan
- Allied west, i.e. the series playable on the ...

Re: Infantry in limited stock option
Evidently the only fix is to tweak the limited stock size slider in order to provide a "realistic" number of units (Leichte, brandenburger, etc. ) could be simulated this way .. good luck
Size slider is the same for all units. For tanks, artillery, aviation 15 is correct, if you increase the ...

Infantry in limited stock option
Since it was introduced I play only with the limited stock option activated, but I have many problems at the beginning of the campaign (AO39 and AO40 above all) because the limited availability of infantry categories combined with only 15 replacements per scenario makes it very difficult to use the ...

Re: ao'45 and pacific status
I wonder what the big free update will be?
Sounds like it would be actual content, as I don't consider optimisation or balance changes to be a 'big' update, just a conventional one.
I'm pretty sure it will be an update to the sounds of the game. Slitherine had recently announced that it had ...

Re: What your favorite year?
My favorite dlc is 1941 because of Greece, Crete and wonderfull Barbarossa. The worst one IMO is 1939 because there’s so less poland, the ugly Saar offensive and Finland without Finns…
