I have the downloaded game but a printed manual would help. I don't fancy trying to print out the one with the game on my steam driven printer!

I have downloaded various user produced campaigns. They appear in the game Editor. When I click on them the Editor opens but there is no campaigns.

How do I run campaigns I have downloaded?

I click check for updates button on the game menu. I am told there is an update available and it attempts to download. I then get a message saying unable to download as there is an FTP error.

I had a problem installing FoG.
