for info,
I made two simultaneous mistakes:
First, I thought I only had to click on the city's hex and not all around it;
and second, I forgot to specify 0 to 100 for the added city because by default the editor make range 0 to 0.
just forget to do both and nothing ...

maybe some Strange weirds things: :

- hanko peninsula is impossible to take with finland forces. normal?
- units with 1 strenght are useless except for scouting ? skiing fnland troops with 1 strenght are not scout , aren't ?

i have ticked the right boxes and written like your example 4 - 500 and it is still not working.

i thought that the right numbers was just the trigger timer , not the desired turn. are you sure ? . and anyway even with all the possible numbers, i can deploy ...

I m still playing the scenario, turn 105, i play only one or two turns by day because each turn is long! more than 20 minutes to play all units.
moscow is still far but i m approaching... no bug, very pleasant . Some partisans spawn but i keep some units behind..

hello,

i m creating a scenario and the ground deployment is working but the no-deployment is bugged? i want to block some towns/villages able to deploy ground units.
with color or not, as for ship deployment, even with cross on square for non-deployment , the player can always deploy his ground ...

my favorite is not a campaign but a scenario with more than 100 turns : batlefield europe from McGUBA.

IJA and USMC campaigns are fun to play and if you want a masterclass, try the PAK mod with huge maps.
