Bascially The non-availablity of a Mac DMG is the reason I'll quit from FoG and further expansion packs. FoG is a great game, and I played it very intensively, but as Siltherine seems not to be able to give customers who played FoG on a PC and have serials for main game and the expansion packs a DMG...

i) Seems more a general problem, not so much a Mac one. For many of the historical scenarios there's only the term "Complexity" listed where there should be info about board size and number of BGs. Either this is a combination of scen authors forgetting to give information and quality cont...

f) Having an older iMac, I run 1680x1050 natively. In the DAG the string "Select a nation" breaks line after "a", showing something like Select a _______nation: (without the underscores of course) A similiar problem when showing Harlaw 1411 in the Hist Battle list. The "Ilse...

First impression

Hi, Some first impressions (several really minor ones): a) Icon isn't really anti-alias and has an ugly white outline b) While looking on the historical scenarios, I at least miss Otterburn. I'm not sure if other scens are missing, but noticed Otterburn, because it's from me. c) Anti-alias fonts loo...

Regarding the Mac versions...

a) What's the purchase model for Mac users who already have the PC version? Are serial numbers for the PC version can be used for the Mac version
b) Are the extension packs/their serials usable for the Mac

Cheers

The one thing has nothing to do with the other thing. Bugs and alike are fixed by software developers, game material - army lists are nothing more then lots of XML files and even more images - is usually created by designers can be done in parallel. In some game series expansion packs bring addition...

I just uploaded the working "preview" edition of Lost Scrolls for Rise of Rome. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/540539/LSROR.png So, what's preview meaning? It's meaning, the release only contains the Early Republican Roman lists (one early and one late) including all possible allies. Download and...

New scenario available:

Morgarten 1315, part of the so-called Morgarten-Phase of the Swiss-Habsburg wars. I plan to make a whole series of scenarios of the creation of the Swiss Confederation wars.

Anyway, find the scen on Hoc est bellum: Image

Hi, I started to created some scenarios dealing with wars between the various German feudal states as well as stuff like the creation of the Swiss confederation. Although I'm from Germany, my knowledge of British and French medieval history is - funny enough - much more profound than that of my home...
