The Pope is going on summer vacation soon, and things will really slow down until around August as I will be in and out for the next couple months. We have had a lot of questions this battle phase, so I thought I woul try and answer them all if possible here.

First, I mistaken wrote Castile, when it was Aragon in the battle with Aquitane. That error should be fixed now.

Those are the historical events. Above that is the current phase, should be movement.

No, there is no "movement" during the winter, and it takes a movement to conduct a siege or pillage. So to do this, you would need to start at ...

I had not thought of this, but my answer would be yes, if they are in an enemy province during the winter, and are not conducting a siege, they must eat and thus may also pillage.
