probability odds not appearing

when I hover the mouse over an intended target the odds are no longer viewable. Did I accidentally switch that off? If so how do i switch it back on?

The last time I had that problem, I rebooted my machine. That Fixed it.
There comes a time on every project when it is time to shoot the engineer and ship the damn thing.
