1. What strategy do you use to win the Battle of Lechfeld on the German side?

2. I see that before many battles the game says that you can place generals in units, even though some have already been placed automatically, for me it is very general, what is the positive and negative point of placing all possible generals in the battle?

Generals give your units a boost. I haven't moved them around much in a battle until recently. They can change the course of a battle if used wisely!
