Google Earth help needed

I know GE is offtopic but I'm desperate, having asked around everywhere with no success.
Do any of you guys know how to make the GE eyepoint rise and fall with the terrain as we drag the forward view around?
I'm trying to simulate what a WW2 bomber nose gunner would see as he looks forward, but the problem is that the dragged view keeps bumping into hills and mountains instead of going over them and down the other side!
