Change capitol of Campania

If I remember correctly, the capital of the Campania region is Neapolis and for a long time Capua was the largest city of this region and one of the three largest in Italy (Rome, Capua, Tarentum).Neapolis.
I think Capua was surpassed by Neapolis much later.
