Intro video

I was wondering if any of you fellow designers know if replacing the intro video of the vanilla version is (easily) possible in a mod. Somehow I had thought that it should be feasible, but now i cannot figure it out how to do it. There is no evident file in the vanila folder for a video, nor i can imagine an alternative way to poke the dragon, so I am not sure if I just mislead myself at some point in the past without any evidence..

I was considering to edit a simple video to use it as a trailer for the mod, and thought that it would be cool to use it as a intro video.

Sorry, no. There are three videos in the game's ressource files, two small MOV files and the "intro" file, being exported as MP4.

Tried both formats inside the "usual suspects" folders (base, \video, \videos, \video\AI, etc.) inside my mod with no joy.

Yeah, it doesn't look like very promising to me... Ok, Gabe, thank you for trying.

Since the intro/video can be deactivated through the menu maybe it some sort of bypass/substitution is doable... but honestly it's not worth of the time/the headache.
