Enhancements UI

Hi,

my German is not good and even google translator works well I am not able to find where download these enhancements on UI,

When I surf to http://www.designmodproject.de I could not find last two ones
Newturn and deploy - window with pictute
Briefing-structure with Tabs and animated battle-map

can anybody upload here please?
