Engineers can enter the otherwise "impassable area" after laying mines.

And I remember there was a similar "exploit" with escarpments. They could move through them when laying or clearing mines.

While I can't reach the hex on top of the escarpment (anymore), moving into the Impassable Area isn't great either.
Time to conquer neutral countries!

Sorry to "use" you like this, but... how about clearing mines over escarpments?

Abuse is the proper word describing any activity here from customers.
I know why I save all these "test" scenarios...
Looks fine on top of the escarpment. No clearing of the mines "below" possible either.
