is it enough to play PC 2 on high resolution with majority of details on high ?

Your processor I am not familiar with. Is it a mobile CPU? Being a turn based game, I think this game is more demanding of the graphics card than the CPU
You meet the recommended amount of RAM, so there you should be good so long as you're not running other programs at the same time.
Your GPU is adequate, barely meets the recommended about of VRAM, but I think it will be hard pressed to play with max settings. You might have to turn some down a bit and even then it will be blowing like a commercial air condition unit.
Overall, I would say yes, you should be fine, but I don't think you'll be able to play with everything maxed out graphically.

If you have doubts, the best advice I can give is: get the game on Steam and if you are not happy with performance, get a refund. In theory, your configuration is adequate, and video card in particular (which tends to be a problem for most people) is solid. But your processor has only two cores (which is minimum rather then recommended) and you never know. Also: I would certainly make sure that there are no other processes hanging in background when playing.
