Multiplayer log in issue

Hey guys. I’m stuck in a hotel recovering from COVID. I haven’t been able to play FOG2. Today my wife dropped off a laptop. I loaded the game but I used the wrong log in for the multiplayer. It now says serial registered and the wrong info pops up. Is there a way I can change the user name and password? It’s locked.
