Gold path = with major victory at Stalingrad, silver = standard/minor victory at Stalingrad

Gold offers one battle more, and is more about mobile warfare, Mars and Iskra are more sluggish.

What conditions must be met at Stalingrad to achieve Standard Victory?

Major is when you achieve all primary and secondary objectives, standard/minor - achieve all primary, but one or more secondary are not achieved.
