Grand Campaign progression

I'm a bit confused as to when you start the West part of the campaign as it's listed as 42/43. There a chart or someone with a real quick answer on when these link up with '39-'40-'41? Thanks.

After completing GC 41 you can import your core either into GC 42 East or GC 42-43 West, I find these overviews most useful:

Thanks for reminding me there's a first page--was trying to avoid spoilers of the overall game ends and obviously it's in that first image I've been avoiding!
