There isn't one. But, hopefully they will add a message box similar to some of the other PBEM++ titles. It would be nice to have a way to message your opponent and send it along with your turn. That said one can use the FG2 discord: https://discordapp.com/invite/b2ZX5jk to communicate with a opponent but you'd have to arrange for it ahead of time.
