First I would like to say HUGE thanks to game creators and mod-makers for the amazing job they done!
The main points and differences from original game are:
- all heavy (2t+) guns have move = 0 (arty, AT & AA);
- tiny tanks (like T-38 or TKS) and SS Panzers (historically) have strength 15;
- air ZoC = ON, soft cap = OFF;
- limitations on crossing the rivers (use bridges or bridge engineers for!) and climbing the mountains for almost all types of movement except LEG, even more strict limits (comparing to general "tracked") for heavy (50t+) vehicles;
- SS regiments now should be bought, so no free bonus units anymore, SS infantry is represented with grenadiers only with MG and AA battalions;
- tech stats of units are reworked mostly in the way of fixing mistakes, not for developing completely new playing system;
- ULTIMATE level is added to menu options, Manstein level has been changed from +5 AI strength (which is almost impossible to deal with) to +200% AI prestige;
- "music" environment from BE;
- many units added mainly for Germany and USSR;

Also planned 2nd set of strats (maps and equipment) to make Luftwaffe arms available only as additional (similar to Kriegsmarine ships), so the player would not be able to buy and upgrade planes and paratroopers.
Some more notes: recommended difficulty level for the main campaign - FIELDMARSHAL, for a single scenarios - ULTIMATE.
As for using with Grand Campaigns I suppose that after activating the mod with JSGME you just need to copy "gamerules.pzdat" file from Data to the DLC you want to play.
