Movement chart

I might just being thick here - is there a chart/table with all the movement speeds on for various terrain?

I know I can see it in game on time info but inlikebthis sort of thing to make easier to check.

What does in mean when it's a minus number in move points?

I'm guessing it's a percentage of move taken rather than points expended? So desert is 50% of total move for leg movement?
