Editor doesn't Open

In PC2 (Field Martials edition) every time I select "editor" in the opening menu my computer freezes so I have to go to "Task Manager" and delete the game. Also, when playing the Beta version, I couldn't get access to the units file.

Do I understand correctly that you can see Editor's button in the taskbar, but no Editor window is present? Try to right-click this button in the taskbar and press "Maximize".

Thanks for the reply- got it to open, but now how do you bring up scenario and unit file for editing?

The editor stars with a new empty scenario by default. If you want to open an existing one, then select File->Open and choose the file you need.

Unit stats are not edited in Scenario Editor. Unit file is {Game folder}/PanzerCorps2/Content/Data/Units.csv. You can edit it in any program which supports csv (comma-separated values) format. For example, free OpenOffice Calc is excellent.
