I started playing PC2 multiplayer and was pretty surprised with the lack of settings. Is this something the Devs are going to upgrade in the future? I cannot pick a side, I cannot lock the scenario, I cannot adjust handicaps, and I cannot play custom scenarios.
Other than that... I love the game!
MULTIPLAYER SETTINGS?!

Re: MULTIPLAYER SETTINGS?!
Good news and bad news. The bad news is that, indeed, all these things are missing in the released version. The good news is that, I've already handed to Slitherine the first patch which addresses most of your requests. If all goes well, it might be out before the weekend already. Things which are added in patch 1 are:
- pick a side
- lock the scenario
- custom scenarios
The only thing missing is handicap, but it was very fiddly in PzC, so I'm not sure we need it here. I think, it would be better to specifically adapt and balance to Multiplayer any scenarios which we place in MP menu. On top of that, standard sliders for prestige, slots etc. could be used to fine-tune a scenario if it's needed.

Re: MULTIPLAYER SETTINGS?!
Thank you. I was just about to past about the same issues. I created a game for my buddy to join, but before he could someone else joined
Also cannot cancel a game, or at least see a way to do so.

Re: MULTIPLAYER SETTINGS?!
Does pick a side refer to faction? I know when I create a random scenario I can choose my faction, but my friend when he joins cannot
Re: MULTIPLAYER SETTINGS?!
Thanks, I was pretty excited when the patch came out to fix this.Rudankort wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 2:26 pm Good news and bad news.
