Game wont play (Steam)
Getting error: "DX11 feature level 10.0 is required". Am running on Win7 with DX11 installed. Find same error on Steam website, but not solution for me.

Have found the "how to report..." topic and sent an email to Tech Support with all needed info, but perhaps some of you may have a suggestion...

I had an issue on my 'win 7' laptop with a '.dll' file missing, even though it was on my pc.
I ran the 'VC_redist.x64' installer found in the 'main dir/redist' folder & all is fine now.

When I downloaded PzrC2, I just managed to barely notice that an 'Update' for the download was required!. I just about didn't notice that after the initial download was completed. Anyway... I did download the 'Update'... and since have had mostly a trouble free experience... other than some lesser festering issues with the Game.

When installing from Slitherine, indeed an update appears to be listed, but it is version v01.00.04, which is the exact version I have installed from Steam...Retributarr wrote: ↑Sat Mar 21, 2020 6:02 pm When I downloaded PzrC2, I just managed to barely notice that an 'Update' for the download was required!. Part of DXdiag - I assume it will be outdated.

Re: Game wont play (Steam)
I've googled it, and it looks like this video card only supported DirectX 9, while Unreal Engine 4 requires DirectX 11. So, it does look like this card cannot run the game. I'm really sorry.

I kind of expected that.... Can you please tell me where you found that information? It appears DX11 is installed, but I see no error in the setup.

Re: Game wont play (Steam)
You can have a newer version installed without your video card being able to handle it. If you are running Windows 10, it automatically tries to keep your directX version up to date, regardless of whether you can actually take advantage of it.
My current (and by now rather old system) has directX 12 installed, but my card only can use up to directX 10, so I have the same issue as you. I've been planning to buy a new PC soon anyway, and I knew I very likely couldn't play the game before I did, so it isn't much of an issue for me. Now I only have to find a proper PC to buy that doesn't have one obvious weak spot. And I'm generall too lazy to build one all by myself
