Field of Glory Empires (Question about Units)

i have questions about units in Field of Glory Empires. I like this game, but it
is a littel bit tricky.

How i can build the saken Rauka cav? or the sarmatioan nobel cav? i have the
buildings for them but i cant build them. and i cant finde any guides or somthing
that can explain me that.

would be nice if you can answere me this questions and it would be mutch nicer if
you can make a guide about the units that are availebel and the
nessecerys for them.

i hope that anyone can help me.

some units are only available at level 3 Civ and you need to have 10 regions to progress apart from gaining culture/decadence tokens
