Anyway, even with this new Version the Specializations did not work ... well, 3 of them I was unable to get ... but supposedly with this version they work - didn't for me - so consider using the specialization cheat where you can get all of them ..
Also, you will not find this in the "Custom Campaigns" Sticky this is because I assume this campaign never got out of beta and or the author never posted it in the "Announce your Custom Scenarios and Campaigns here" Sticky so it never got put in the list shown in the "Custom Campaigns" Sticky - so point is use the link to find it. The Thread may be buried for you who knows.
What is significant about it - is that it appears to be historical and you are the Ghost Division and you go around attacking stuff also most scenarios are somewhat like the stock scenarios in the DLC content you buy wherein you attack and at the same time you are NOT BEING Attacked by an overwhelming relentless AI - so for me this is welcomed. But this is not always true; however, I would say more but these would be spoilers I would try it out realizing it is still in BETA (from my understanding) and always will be .... and if it is officially released then perhaps is should be in the official Sticky .... wooo hooo !!!!
