Mounted light spear

Je ne suis pas sur d'avoir bien compris le POA des mounted light spear en impact....uniquement si pas d'autre POA net...je comprends qu'on fait le bilan des deux combattants concernant les POA (autre que light spear)...et si le bilan est nul, en ce cas le Light spear s'applique...est ce bien ça ?
Par exemple on rencontre des MF impact foot en open....Mounted vs MF annule impact foot vs mounted....bilan nul et hop je sort le Light spear de mon chapeau...Un + pour les montés....
Ais-je bon, m'sieur ?
