one other question that came up in our last game
my light horse charged into a unit of medium foot, at the end of the turn during the joint action phase I broke off from the spanish since we assumed that the term cav would refer to any mounted that are not shock troops and the light horse took the worst of the encounter losing one stand to death roll, but neither side suffered any cohesion loss.
Is that right or does the break off only apply to units that are listed as cav in the army lists?

Re: light horse break offs
cavalry is strictly cavalry throughout the rules, "mounted" being the group term for all of them...deadtorius wrote:one other question that came up in our last game
