The Sound of Unsilence (Steam achievement)

Does anyone have the (Steam) Sound of Unsilence achievement ? Or is it bugged?

I'm down to the last few 'achievements' for Warhammer Gladius and seriously struggling, so much so I'm inclined to suspect at least this one is bugged and not actually achievable!

[ Prevent 3 units from doing overwatch attacks with a full Chaos Rhino. ]

As can be seen from the linked screenshot (below), full chaos rhino silencing three Space Marines. (No achievement).

As I have over 460 hours logged (and counting), including 'Beardy' and 'Who Guards the Guard?" and still can't get it, I'm inclined to consider it is a bug. Or that it requires a specific setting condition. As far as I can tell, I've met this 'achievement' this multiple times, including balanced 'normal play', with the full chaos rhino approaching 3 space marines, and with 3 space marines approaching the rhino.

A search on Steam reveals nothing and a Google search - besides pages saying no-one has this achievement - yields no help.

Some sort of a clue would help, however vague, or at least a reply saying, "It's a bug, sorry, we will fix this."
